The wholesale market in Munich (Großmarkthalle)

Last week, I was visiting the wholesale market in Munich together with a group of photographer. We got a permission the take pictures during the market and were amazed by tons of different products that are offered there daily and always fresh. The wholesale market in Munich, which exists since 1912 is one of the biggest urban markets for groceries and flowers in Europe,  offering products from 83 different countries. 270 import companies and wholesale establishments purchase yearly 600.000 tons of different products.

I am not a full time pro shooter, nor I am a aspiring or part time pros. Perhaps I fall into that category that the photo industry refers to as enthusiasts, some may say a consumer. I love to shoot photos and I am completely engrossed in the equipment, the techniques, the methods, the news and the general hoopla of photography. That`s pretty much why I have this blog, so that I can follow anything exciting happens in the world of photography. I claim no particular talent at photography, but it does something for me that you can just call shutter therapy. All these shutter therapy sessions give me a sense of joy and each time I shoot, I see things differently. I know, I`ve got a long way to get where I want to be regarding photography. Currently it`s still all trial and error...
