There is a famous Sculpture Museum in Mamallapuram with more than 3,000 sculptures of gods and goddesses. The sculptues of Hindu deities are made in wood, brass and cement. Few of the sculptures are made by students of the College of Sculpting in Mamallapuram.

Jung seagulls at Chiemsee

We really had a long winter in Germany and this means for many birds to change their behaviour to get enough available resources. The jung seagulls were fighting for bread crumbs, offered by saunterers at the Chiemsee. I was surprised how near the seagulls came to me and my camera during these cold days…
